Place, Pilot and Anchor in place. 

  • Set your post, have a friend or two hold in place. 
  • Pilot your holes with a SDS Hammerdrill Bit (5/16"), go at least 1/2in deeper than your anchor.
  • vacuum all dust, and snug the concrete screws to 90% with an impact drill
  • hand tighten to fully secure.  (don't overtighten).
  • **Most floors should not need all baseplate holes to have anchors.  Consult a contractor / professional if you have any doubt.
